Course Description

This course provides students an opportunity to engage in all phases of archaeological fieldwork in Egypt. The course is a training program for students of archaeology and related fields, which covers methodology, excavation and field techniques, such as: mapping, remote sensing, trench supervision, artifact recording and preliminary analysis. Offered on archaeological sites in Egypt/Sudan or in museums worldwide.
