Nazimul Islam

Visiting Scholar/Haury Fellow

Nazimul is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Earth Surface Dynamics (IDYST), University of Lausanne, Switzerland. His research focuses on dendrochronology to study tree-rings and stable isotopes for environmental reconstructions in the Himalayas and in the Swiss Alps under the changing climate. He is currently based at the Laboratory of Tree-Ring Research (LTRR), University of Arizona as a visiting Scholar (Haury Fellow).
