Outreach meets tree-ring research

Several people associated with the Tree-Ring Lab, including director Tom Swetnam and graduate student Josh Farella, are heavily involved in a new community education and outreach program run by Sara Chavarria, the education outreach director for the College of Education. They have already introduced Native high school students to the latest prespectives from fire history research.
