Life Rings Art Workshop

Tree-rings can tell us stories about a tree’s experiences, from its age to how many droughts it has weathered. Fabrics and textiles have personal significance and memories associated with them. Learn how to combine both at this unique workshop held at the Laboratory of Tree-Ring Research at the University of Arizona. Make your own textile Life Ring and tell your journey story for the public art exhibition to be on display at the Laboratory of Tree-Ring Research, sponsored in part by the Wyoming Arts Council. Wyoming artist Georgia Roswell will lead the workshop.
