Paul will offer a new course next semester entitled, Great US Ecological Catastrophes, listed through the School of Geography and Development. This LTRR presentation will cover what constitutes a great ecological catastrophe, which ones have chosen to cover and why, and some details about the course pedagogy. Feedback about course preparation is still useful at this time and will be duly noted. Recruitment of students will be essential so that it has enough enrollment to actually run, so please attend this talk to learn about this course, provide feedback, and then recommend it to likely students.
