We are delighted to announce that the recipient of the 2022 Tree-Ring Society Richard L. Holmes Award for Outstanding Service to Dendrochronology is Martin Munro.

This award is given to individual(s) who have provided outstanding service to dendrochronology in any of several forms, including educational service, teaching service, committee membership, positions served, software and hardware development, database development, and e-communications.

Martin has contributed sustained service to dendrochronology in diverse ways thru education, training, technology, communication + directly supporting the Tree Ring Society. We sincerely thank-you for your remarkable and valuable contributions Martin.
