Tree-Ring Times revived

Several issues of a newsletter describing work at the Tree-Ring Lab for a general audience appeared in the previous decade, but publication had lapsed for several years. However a new issue of the newsletter, Tree-Ring Times, appeared in December of 2015, and should continue every few months from now on. Each issue will include two articles giving a detailed look at the research or other activities of the Lab, and there will also be shorter summaries of some of the other notable current work or events. The first issue tries to catch up on the long lapse of publication by including lists of the grants that have come into the Lab, and the articles and other writings that have come out of it.
