Eric Taylor

Eric studies the history of natural disasters and hazards in the Mediterranean, especially fire and earthquakes, as well as how societies respond to them. His current project is making and mapping tree-ring contributions to seismic catalogs in Italy and Turkey to overcome gaps in written and instrumental records.
